GDGL-2 Rail Clip for GOST P43

The GDGL-2 Rail Clip is a heavy-duty, double-hole bolted rail fastener specifically designed for P43 (43kg/m) rails. It is widely used in industrial plants and on crane trestle bridges with concrete beams to ensure lateral stability under heavy loads. 

GDGL-2 Technical Specifications

Dimensions: The pressure plate measures 150 x 95 x 18 mm and features a sloped design.

Material: Constructed from Q235 steel (also known as No. 3 steel) to meet national industrial standards for toughness and durability.

Standard Compliance: Manufactured in accordance with the 04G325 national standard.

Set Components: A complete installation set typically includes:

1 double-hole pressure plate

1 backing plate

2 wedge-shaped backing plates (for self-locking and adjustment)

2 sets of hexagon head bolts and nuts

GDGL-1: For P38 rail.

GDGL-3: For P50 rail.

DGL Series: Similar to GDGL but typically features a long-hole cast design intended for concrete floors rather than I-beams.
