• Length: Commonly found in lengths of 158mm and 161mm.

• Material: Made from high-quality carbon steel, such as Q235, 35#, or 45# steel. Higher grades like 5.6 and 8.8 are also available.

• Mechanical Properties:

• Physical tensile strength: ≥ 500 Mpa.

• Yield strength (for bar test): ≥ 300 Mpa.

• Elongation (for bar test): ≥ 20%.

• Surface Treatment: Various anti-corrosion coatings are available, including plain (oiled), black painting, zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing (HDG), and Dacromet.

• Concrete Sleepers: The main application is fixing tie plates to concrete sleepers, often with the use of Sdu25 plastic dowels for an optimal fit.
